“I realize everybody wants what they don’t have. But at the end of the day, what you have inside is much more beautiful than what’s on the outside.”
Meaning of the Quote of the day by Selena Gomez
The meaning of this quote is intensely insightful. Selena highlights that our internal qualities such as empathy, resilience, integrity, and compassion are more significant than material possessions or external beauty. Real beauty emerges from how we treat others, how we manage challenges, and how we nurture our personal development. This quote urges self-reflection and encourages us to embrace our true selves, rather than looking for validation through comparison or societal expectations. This powerful statement from Selena Gomez serves as a prompt to us to value inner beauty over appearances. As a singer, actress, and philanthropist, Selena has inspired millions by revealing her personal journey and challenges with self-worth. To add to this, the cofounder of Born This Way Foundation Stefani Germanotta (known worldwide as Lady Gaga); brilliantly said it that: “Kindness is a free currency from a well that will never dry up.” Next time you want to make friend or you are planning to go into a relationship, remember outward appearance is not the ultimate. Do yourself a favor to focus on the inner beauty. The inside controls the outside (not the other way round).

Before I began my journey into Spiritual Awakening and Spirituality; I was a former baptized, zealous and dedicated Jehovah’s Witness. Somewhere deep down in my heart and subconscious mind I had this inner-knowing and feeling that religion is NOT the answer. At least I have the understanding that there is more than meet the eyes…it was not easy to leave a religion that claims to be better than every other ones; but with my determination to embrace my Higher Self, my Magical Divine Self—I summoned up courage and left Jehovah’s Witness in 2013. I could not have made a better choice! The effort and determination was worth it. You can read more about my journey of how I left religion and Jehovah’s Witness.
