Who do you trust?

Today’s blopost was gotten from the Celtic Spiritual Teacher and Healer: Abby Wynne! I am a big fan of Abby and I am an avid reader and subscriber of her newsletter. Actually, this post was gotten from the newsletter of Abby Wynne.

Now, I will leave you to ponder and explore through this blogpost: who do YOU trust? I would like to hear your thoughts in the comment section or feel free to write me.

I read an article online called “How to be happier with less” and it made me wonder – what are they planning now? When you distrust the media, the government, and for some of us, the medical professionals, who do you trust?

It’s funny, because being happier with less is walking the path of non-attachment. Not having everything we want, but giving ourselves what we need, is a spiritual path. Yet the first thing that comes into my mind is “What is their agenda here?”

In a world where people are not allowed to speak out, where scientific debate has been quashed and treatments hidden, where it’s about ‘keeping each other safe’, but nobody is talking about healing… In a world where injured people are being hidden and ignored, where it’s acceptable for politicians to party but ‘normal people’ have to cancel their plans to visit family you can’t be blamed for being confused, and not knowing who is right or wrong, or not knowing who to trust.

This is why a daily spiritual practice is vital.

“During lockdown, many of us will have developed intimate relationships with our delivery drivers. Now, this doesn’t mean we were cheating on our spouses or feeling sparks as we caught eyes at the front gate. No, it just means that the frequency they travelled to us with brown boxes created an almost addictive connection. They were the one constant in uncertain times.” says the Metro in it’s brash authoritative voice, feeling smug in thinking that it knows you better than you know yourself.

Really? Was this the case for you? It wasn’t for me. For me, I had many constants, including the loving relationships with my family, the changing of the seasons, the freshness of bread out of the oven. But if you doubt yourself, you might fall into the trap of believing them, and questioning yourself.

Being anchored to the earth and to yourself means you have a strength that most people don’t seem to have any more. And when I feel myself becoming addicted to something I pull my energy out of it, so it doesn’t drag me down and suck me into, well, the mainstream agenda of wanting to make us powerless.

If you don’t have a regular habit of consolidating your energies and anchoring yourself to your heart, to the earth, to what is important and true, it’s possible you’ve shrunk energetically and forgotten just how powerful you are.

This is not okay.

We need to recognise when we have shrunk, and do something about it. Once we are consistent we catch their subtle ways of worming into the collective consciousness, the ways they try to make people shrink, feel smaller, and adopt the inner self-talk of “I’m not good enough, I don’t trust myself, I wish someone would tell me what to do.”

I make no apologies for this observation. Those of us who have done our work and find ourselves pleasant company don’t fall for this stuff any more. And there are more of us joining our ranks.

Take a few moments now. Pull your energy out of the media, out of the narrative, the tv shows, the needing stuff, or needing to give up the stuff that you thought you needed. Pull yourself out of stuff in general.

Breathe.

You’re okay. Really, you are. You’ve just forgotten or got caught up in things. It can happen to the best of us.

Claim your space in the world. Switch on your heart light. Ahh, that’s better.

Now expand. Grow, push any negative, malicious energy that wants to disconnect you from your power and strength right out of your energy field.

You might feel anxiety doing this, that’s natural. Touch the Earth. Earth yourself.

Breathe again, and take up your full space in the world. You have nothing to apologise for.

You are a bright and beautiful being, and you know yourself better than anyone.

It is a process, it takes time, but if you decide to do it, and then do it, then you will be successful.

Now back to my question – when you distrust the media, the government, and for some of us, the medical professionals, who do you trust? When you are in your expanded state, anchored into the Earth, and into your heart, you trust you. Your inner guidance, your ability to tell right from wrong, to tell good from evil. You trust your own ability to say no, to be responsible in the world, to do the right thing. And that is everything.

Lots of love, until next week,

  1. I agree with Abby Wynne because using this COVID issue for example. Over time; I have come to see that the COVID is just an agenda. A negative agenda to disrupt and cause brouhaha and instability in the world. Causing chaos everywhere. Yes, COVID is a Hoax…. just like Abby Wynne; Whitney Houston also asked in her song I Loo to You; saying “who on earth can i turn to”? And that is something worth asking….

Finally, I would say TRUST YOUR INTUITION and get into Cahoots with the Universe, Kwan Yin, Angels and the Cosmic Forces.
